Description

Peaks-Kenny State Park is home to the famous "Castle" landmark-- a large, European style building built in 1890. With this and many other unique features, this park is a peaceful setting for a day of relaxation or fun. The park lies on the shore of Sebec Lake making it a common boating, fishing, swimming and picnicking destination. Hikers will also enjoy walking one of the five trails on the property. The 10-mile network of trails offers scenic views of beautiful woods and beach.

From the center of Dover-Foxcroft (the closest shopping area), take Route 153 approximately 4.5 miles and turn left on State Park Road just before the public boat launch at Greeley's Landing.
